We are pleased to announce that the Human Resources Department of EFA GROUP was distinguished at the annual HR Awards 2021 in the category entitled ‘Most Innovative use of Technology in HR’ receiving the bronze award!
Responding to the challenges of the new environment, EFA GROUP is constantly investing in new approaches and digital tools, equipping human resources with new skills, greater flexibility and efficiency in performance management, in handling day-to-day work in time, while enhancing open communication.
The institution of the HR Awards highlights the examples of excellence in the field of Human Resources Management. The companies that collected the highest scores in the overall evaluation and were distinguished, were awarded on 25/10/2021 at the Award Ceremony held at Sofitel Athens Airport. The evening was a big celebration for the industry and after a long time, due to the special conditions created by the pandemic, about 300 executives of the area were given the opportunity to meet and be rewarded for their successes.
Very important for the value of the institution was the contribution of the President of the Committee, Mrs. Olga Epitropaki, as well as the members who composed the Committee. The President of the Commission noted: “Many congratulations to all the winners of the HR Awards for their innovative approaches, unwavering support to their people and the creation of excellent working conditions always guided by the safety of employees, their physical and mental health, inspiration and respect. In the difficult environment of the global pandemic, the Greek HR proves once again its fast reflexes and its deep anthropocentric approach. A very big congratulations to everyone!”
